Shipping

We ship UPS to the continental USA. Customers are responsible for any associated duties, taxes, or import fees. 
If rates are too high when shipping to Hawaii, please call us at 714-847-0880 to get flat rate shipping (depending on the items). Please call or email us for a quote on orders to Canada, Europe, Mexico & Australia. 

 

 

Free shipping over $400 in the continental US. Items excluded from offer: backerboard screws, pan liners & screeds/straight edges.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

Based on our shipping schedule, TroxellUSA will only be able to ship during hours of operation, Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm & Friday 8am-12pm. When choosing shipping methods such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, please keep in mind orders placed on Wednesday after business hours, Thursday through Sunday, or Holidays may not arrive until the 2nd or Next business day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Please keep this is mind when choosing shipping options, like Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items in original package within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items will result in a 20% restocking fee if returned and no defect or shipment error is found. If the reason for return is not a result of a TroxellUSA.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you’ll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.

If a package is returned or refused, you will be responsible for all shipping fees and it will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs may be greater than what was paid on the order (specials, free shipping, residential fees, etc).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

PayPal: If your transaction is paid through PayPal and there is a refund given for any reason, you will receive an echeck through PayPal which will take 3-5 days. The PayPal fee will be deducted from the refund unless the return is for a defect/incorrect transaction.
