  • What size knee pad would fit me best?

    • Please see our sizing information HERE

  • Is there an Extra Large kneepad?

    • No, we only offer Large and Medium

  • What size is the leatherhead knee pad?

    • They now come in Large and Medium – the "X" in XL only indicates this part number is a leather head

  • How do I find the kneepad I want?
    • Click here and select between Urethane or Leatherhead kneepads. After that, choose the size and color you'd like
  • Why can't I buy a 12 pack of Medium kneepads, or 18 pack of Large kneepads?
    • We are primarily a wholesale manufacturer and the savings packs offered on our website, are the same case quantities which we sell to our authorized vendors.

  • What’s the promo code for the free flip-knife? 

    • There’s no promo code needed! We automatically throw in a flip-knife with any order over $39.95.**

  • Why didn't I receive a free flip-knife? 

    • The free flip-knife is excluded from special promotions.

  • I ordered Super-Soft Knee Pads on Amazon and I want to return/exchange them.

    • Please contact the seller on Amazon – they will have access to your order information so any recourse has to go through them.

  • Are the knee pads washable?

    • Yes! Our Super-Soft Knee Pads are made with neoprene, which is wet-suit material, so they are 100% washable. You can throw them in the washer and hang dry. You may also hand wash them, or even spray with odor neutralizers. Make sure to use cold water when washing!

  • What type of payment do you accept online?

    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover. 

  • I’m getting the error message “General Error” and my card is being declined, what does that mean?

    • You're most likely getting this message because you’re trying to pay with American Express, which we don’t accept. 

  • Do the medium Super-Soft Knee Pads come in any other color ways?

    • Yes! TroxellUSA has now introduced the colors, Hi-Viz Yellow, Camo, Fluorescent Green AND NOW RED to go along with our Royal Blue.

    • We also have colors Black, Beige, and Red for those who like the Leatherhead look. Our 109 series economy version of the medium kneepads come in beige and blue.

  • I need to find your products in my area.

  • Do you have distributors outside of the US?

    • Yes. We have distributors in Canada, the UK, Germany & Australia.

  • Do you ship outside of the US?
