  • I ordered Super-Soft Knee Pads on Amazon and I want to return/exchange them.
    • Please contact the seller on Amazon – they will have access to your order information so any recourse has to go through them.
  • Are the knee pads washable?
    • Yes! Our Super-Soft Knee Pads are made with neoprene, which is wet-suit material, so they are 100% washable. You can throw them in the washer and hang dry. You may also hand wash them, or even spray with odor neutralizers. Make sure to use cold water when washing!
  • What type of payment do you accept online?
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover. We also accept Paypal & Paypal Credit.
  • I’m getting the error message “General Error” and my card is being declined, what does that mean?
    • You're most likely getting this message because you’re trying to pay with American Express, which we don’t accept. However, you can add your American Express card to Paypal and pay that way!
  • Do the medium Super-Soft Knee Pads come in any other color ways?
    • No, we only make them in royal blue at the moment. Our Soft-Kneez economy version of the medium kneepads come in beige and blue.
  • I need to find your products in my area.
